Overview The HDMI 2.0 Active Optical Cable (AOC) Type A-A is an advanced, high-performance connectivity solution designed to transmit uncompressed 4K@60Hz video and audio signals over extended distances (up to 100 meters or more) without signal degradation. By combining 4-core optical fibers with standard copper wire, this cable delivers a full 18Gbps bandwidth while remaining significantly thinner, lighter, and more flexible than traditional copper HDMI cables. Application Notes
Directional Installation: This active optical cable is directional. The connectors are clearly marked with “Source” (connects to the PC/Media Player) and “Display” (connects to the Monitor/TV/Projector). It must be installed in the correct direction to function.
