Why choose an LSZH jacket instead of standard PVC?
LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jackets are designed to emit very little smoke and zero toxic halogen gases when exposed to high heat or open flames. They are increasingly mandated for data centers, aerospace, and confined industrial environments for personnel safety.
Can you provide custom pinouts or crossover configurations?
Absolutely. As a direct OEM manufacturer, while we standardly wire to T568B, we can easily provide T568A, crossover cables, or customized PROFINET specific pinouts depending on your equipment requirements.
Do you use pure copper or CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) for the conductors?
We strictly use 100% pure bare copper (stranded or solid, based on flexibility needs) for our conductors. We never use CCA, ensuring maximum signal integrity, flexibility, and safe PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability.
What is the MOQ for custom lengths or different jacket colors?
We offer flexible Minimum Order Quantities to support both pilot runs and large-scale deployments. For standard gray LSZH cables with custom lengths, the MOQ is typically very low. If you require specialized jacket colors (like PROFINET Green), a moderate MOQ may apply.
