The all-SMT surface mount architecture provides seamless automated lead-free reflow assembly, exceptional EMI suppression, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C across 10,000 mating cycles.

PCB Cutout & Mid-Mount Alignment: Designed for mid-mount sink installation (sink depth 1.60mm); strictly adhere to the recommended PCB layout (cutout width 8.34mm, recommended PCB thickness T=0.80mm) to ensure precise terminal alignment and flush enclosure fit.
All-SMT Terminal & Shell Soldering: Features 24 surface-mount signal/power pads (0.25mm width, 0.50mm pitch) and 4 SMT outer shell grounding solder pads; maintain optimal solder stencil thickness and paste volume to ensure full solder wetting.
Dual-Shell EMI Shielding: Built with dual stainless steel shells (Shell-1 & Shell-2 with spot welding) and an internal mid-plate to ensure continuous 360-degree EMI/RFI suppression while absorbing 5N–20N mating force and 8N–20N extraction force.
Lead-Free Reflow Compatibility: Molded from high-temperature UL94V-0 thermoplastic, fully rated for standard RoHS lead-free reflow soldering profiles with peak temperatures up to 260°C.
